Yesterday was a funny day. I was recording musical saw, tambourines and claps when Sergio, a great guitarist came to pick up an amp or something like that. You should have seen his face when he heard the saw! 

Recording violins

Today we've recorded violins. I think we'll need to move to the bigger room in the studio, this one sounds too dry. We'll also have to wait for the new strings to arrive (damn customs!) and settle in the violin, so we are going to have some delay in our schedule. I think I'm a little over perfectionist. But we're getting there!

Today we've recorded celestas, handbells and glockenspiels. Basically, everything that sounded tinkling. We'll post a teaser as soon as I've got time. Maybe I should say we'll post a teaser. I'm never going to have time. At all. 

Finally, we're recording our new album!

We're already recording the new album! We're very excited right now! Everything I'm writing has exclamation marks! But it's worth it! It's been a long time and a lot of work since our demo came out, things have changed a lot. It's not anymore a home studio, one man band. This time we're going to record in a great studio, with great musicians. I'll keep you posted about everything that we do (I'll try)

What a crazy weekend! It's been very tiring, but I've had so much fun... We've played with Vetusta Morla, a great spanish band. If you haven't heard of them have a listen, they've got an amazing live show. I've written some kind of mini tour diary, but it's in spanish again (sorry!). Anyway, google translator is our friend. ¡Happy new year! It's been quite a long time since my last post (again) But these have been some of the most intense weeks I've ever lived... We won another competition!
